For established service businesses ready to turn years of operational data into AI infrastructure they own.

Adopt.

Buy seats. Train staff. Integrate vendor tools. The work is valuable and necessary. It’s the floor every serious business will reach. But it produces parity. Every competitor with the same budget gets the same capability.

Build.

Invest in proprietary systems on top of your own data, workflows, and operational knowledge. The advantage compounds because nobody else has access to what you have. Adopters rent capability. Builders own it.

Adoption is the floor.
Building is the ceiling.

01

Build internal AI systems.

Proprietary tools that live inside your workflows, trained against your project history, your client patterns, your pricing logic. Software the business owns outright, shaped by data only it has.

02

Integrate AI into existing operations.

We connect AI to the systems already running the business: intake, scheduling, estimating, reporting. It amplifies what’s working instead of replacing it. No rip-and-replace, no platform migration.

03

Advise on AI strategy.

The upstream work: a clear-eyed read of where AI compounds your advantage and where it’s only a productivity tool. Which data matters, what to build first, what not to build at all, before any code is written.

I studied finance at Cal Poly and started my career as a legal assistant. Now I build AI systems for businesses with decades of operational history: software shaped around the data, the workflows, and the judgment they’ve already accumulated. Outside the work, I’m on a golf course, on a basketball court, or somewhere along the Central Coast. I like work that compounds: a round of golf, a jumpshot, an AI system that gets stronger every quarter.

Most companies will spend the next decade adopting AI. A few will spend it building their own. The difference will be ownership: of the data, of the workflows, and of the advantage compounding quietly inside the business. The work we do is the second kind.
