Each engagement starts in a different place. The destination is the same: a business that owns its own AI infrastructure.

01

Build internal AI systems.

Proprietary tools, owned outright, trained against the data only your business has.

The core offering. We design, build, and deploy software that solves a problem inside your operations using AI, not as a feature bolted onto a vendor's product but as the foundation of a tool that belongs to the business. The systems we build live inside your workflows, trained against project history, client patterns, pricing decisions, internal documents, and the operational knowledge that has accumulated over years. They are not licensed. They are not subscriptions. They are owned outright, and they get more valuable with every additional project that runs through them.

Common engagements include estimating engines for custom service businesses, internal research tools for advisory firms, operational automation across multi-location franchises, and analytical systems that turn years of unstructured records into structured intelligence. The systems sit alongside your existing software, not on top of it. They are built to compound, not to be replaced.

02

Integrate AI into existing operations.

Connecting AI to the systems and processes already running your business, so it amplifies what works.

Most businesses don't need to replace their software. They need their existing systems to start doing more with less friction: intake, scheduling, estimating, reporting, client communication. We help connect AI capabilities into the tools already running the operation, so the software you have invested in becomes more capable rather than getting replaced.

This work avoids the trap of platform migration. No rip-and-replace. No months of change management on systems that are already working. Instead, we identify the friction points where AI can quietly amplify the existing workflow: drafting client communications based on history, surfacing relevant project context, automating the pattern-based parts of estimating, generating reports from data that already lives in the business. The aim is invisible improvement: software that suddenly does more without anyone having to learn a new tool.

03

Advise on AI strategy.

The upstream work: figuring out where AI compounds your advantage before any code is written.

The most expensive prototypes we have watched die were built before anyone asked the harder question: where does AI actually create durable advantage in this specific business, and where is it only a productivity tool that any competitor could buy? Strategy advisory is the work that comes before any code.

We work with leadership to assess the business's actual position: what data the company genuinely owns, which workflows are well-enough understood to be encoded into software, where the operational moat already exists and could be deepened, and where the company is better off adopting commercially available tools and moving on. The deliverable is a clear, prioritized roadmap of where to build, where to integrate, where to adopt, and what not to do at all, before a single dollar is spent on engineering.

Not sure where to start?

Most engagements begin with a conversation about what your business has and where AI actually creates compounding advantage.
